In a working visit to a mental hospital, Health Minister took time to talk with one of the patients in the asylum TSB.

Minister: "How is it like to live here sir?"

Patient: "Well, how ya ... It's hard to explain sir,  you Should try it yourself."



Minister: "Do not be  told to stay here, I'm a minister!"

Patient: "No problem sir anyway, I was a president."
